Provide Another Mother is a leading, well-known provider of tailored housekeeping services within the disability sector. With an on-field team boasting over 50 individuals, Provide Another Mother provide dedicated, ongoing, home care support for NDIS participants across Brisbane. **Position Overview**:
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic individual to join our friendly office team as HR and Recruitment Officer, here in the heart of Cleveland.

In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the growth and success of our organization by recruiting and maintaining relationships with our on-field team who provide home care supports for our valued NDIS participants.

**Responsibilities**:
interviewing, and selection.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand staffing needs and develop effective

recruitment strategies.
- Conduct orientation sessions for new hires.
- Oversee employee relations and act as a point of contact for HR-related inquiries.
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
- Implement and maintain HR policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Certificate in Human Resources, business administration or a related field advantageous.
- Proven experience in HR and recruitment, preferably in the services industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
- Social media savvy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills.

**Salary**: $30.00 - $32.21 per hour

Expected hours: 32 per week

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
