The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the development and delivery of site-wide plant training. You will also be responsible for coordinating the programs that drive training and development of production employees.

**About the role**:

- Complete a training needs analysis forecasting training requirements
- Schedule and coordinate training based on training needs analysis
- Build and maintain training packs per role across the site
- Coordinate and support training where required
- Develop task specific work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs)

**About you**:

- Relevant qualifications - i.e. Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
- Demonstrated experience in developing and delivering training
- Strong demonstrated knowledge and experience working within manufacturing and a solid understanding of production processes, products and packaging
- Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Ability to engage, interact, influence, and be a trusted partner
- Effective verbal communication skills including the ability to professionally address and manage a broad range of people and issues
- Good operational knowledge and understanding of training needs analyses and training matrices
