We are searching for a Operations Coordinator to join our team at our Ballarat site

**About the role**

Based at our busy Ballarat site and reporting into the Cold Store Manager, this varied role will manage the direction, coordination, planning and execution of tasks and operations within the Cold Store department.

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Coordination of trucks into and out of the site in a safe and effective manner
- McCain Site Pallet Inventory & Reconciliation
- Coordination and completion of regular cyclic stock take & Annual Stocktake
- Management of the Cold Store Forklift Fleet Maintenance Program
- Review and be accountable for Cold Store KPI’s
- Continual improvement of productivity whilst maintaining a high quality standards and output from your team.
- Monitor, maintain and improve the Quality Program of all Incoming and Outgoing finished goods

**About you**

This busy and critical Coordinator role will require someone who ideally possesses the following skills and experience:

- Experience in a logistics/despatch role within a fast paced environment
- Ability to follow process but also deal with ambiguity when required
- A committed and can do approach where if presented with a problem, you have the ability to resolve with sound logic
- Highly developed planning and organisational skills with the ability to efficiently schedule own time and activities to meet all project time frames
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to identify and implement opportunities for improvement to drive effectiveness and efficiency
