**The Role**
- Using our applicant tracking system (JobAdder) and our other tools (LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, Seek, etc), you will be supporting our recruiters in attracting staff and onboarding new employees to Aeris Resources.
- Obtain and retain information on our wide range of job vacancies to resource as effectively and efficiently as possible.
- Recognise key pieces of information and use your inquisitive nature to clarify any information where required.
- Proactively identify and suggest changes to templates, processes, and procedure

**You will be considered if you can demonstrate..**
- Experience within a fast-paced role working as a Recruitment Resourcer or similar Administrative role
- A goal-oriented and motivated attitude to achieve results and support your team.
- Excellent written and verbal skills (essential)
- Be a super user of MS Office Products and be able to build documents and presentations
- High emotional intelligence and gut instinct to make decisions or know when to ask for help
- Persistence, resilience, and positivity to understand that some days go well, and some days don’t, it’s all about how you move forward and your positive attitude.
- High level of integrity and strong personal values
