ALG is currently looking for a **Recruitment Resourcer **based in our Brisbane Head Office.This role will offer a dynamic and challenging role within a growing international company. The prime responsibility of the role is to coordinate end to end recruitment process to ensure that we provide quality talent solutions to the clients.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Update and maintain the recruitment database and save all required recruitment documentation for audit and compliance purposes.
- Maintain a positive, welcoming and friendly relationship with all stakeholders.

**Selection Criteria**
- IT savvy; recruitment database experience preferred.
- Team spirit and ability to work with people in a positive manner.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple tasks.
- Experience and proven ability to carry out recruitment tasks in an accurate and timely manner.
- Ideally degree qualified, and/or appropriate industry experience/training.
