Our client offers interesting and varied, full end-to-end bookkeeping work in a flexible setting. Great opportunity to join an established and continually growing bookkeeping business with friendly clients across multiple industries, with in-house support from CFO and other staff as required.
Tasks & Responsibilities
- End-to-end general bookkeeping duties using Xero;
- Accounts payable;
- Accounts receivable;
- Processing of Payroll;
- Management of onboarding and offboarding employees;
- Soft File and hard file record keeping
- Superannuation
- Preparation of IAS, BAS, Payroll Tax
- Cashflow Reporting & Management
- Management Reporting
- Xero data entry and reconciling of bank feeds
- Supplier payments
Hours:
Part time with a minimum of 24 hours per week.
**Location**:
Hybrid. Predominately WFH. Experienced bookkeepers should be able and happy to commute to key clients in various metro locations once a month.
Skills/Experience:
- High level Xero skills and experience is a pre-requisite.
- Sound communication and presentation skills due to some client facing work.
- Completed or working towards CertIV;
- Xero: strong skills and experience essential;
- Must have min 2 years of contract bookkeeping experience
