We have a permanent vacancy in our Perth Airport Facility for a Field Service Technician to join our GEHO Team.
- The key responsibilities of this role will include: (but not limited to)_
- Manage all on site installations, repair maintenance and test tasks as per scopes of work provided.
- Develop strong relationships with key customers to ensure expectations are being met and remedial action to address issues.
- To provide service and supervision to customers GEHO equipment together with Ancillary Equipment Overhauls and Upgrades.
- Provide technical support and backup covering the GEHO operation and maintenance at our clients’ sites within Australia, New Zealand, Pacific Islands, Papua New Guinea and Asia which will also include supervision and commissioning on site for upgrades and overhauls
- Assist in Managing day to day workshop activities and supply technical support to Weir workshops where required
- Provide service to customers with GEHO pumps and all other non-EOM and Weir Minerals equipment where/if required.
- To be successful in this role you will have:_
- Certificate III In Mechanical Engineering
- Previous fitting experience in workshop and on site demonstrating high quality
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to travel to client site’s when required
- Be able to work 10-hour days and lift to 20kg.
