Our Client is a well-established company providing trade services to residential and commercial clients. Located on Brisbane's Northside, our client is a medium-sized company currently employing over 50 industry experts committed to providing high-quality service to their customers.

**The position**

Reporting to the Operations Manager, this role will see you supporting the accounts department with a range of tasks including:

- Accounts Payable and Receivables
- PAYG reporting and superannuation
- Processing invoices and purchase orders
- Creating and maintaining client records including pricing & account terms
- Assisting with debt recovery
- Provide support to the Finance Administration Manager
- Attending to accounts administration tasks and supporting the CFO where require
- Providing administration support to the HR team
- Assisting with onboarding documentation and maintenance of employee records

**What are we looking for?**
- Proven experience in a similar role
- Construction industry experience will be highly advantageous
- Proficient in MS Office and MYOB
- Excellent customer service skills
