**How will I help?**

This Manager position supports the Director - BT in delivering financial planning and analysis, performance reporting and meaningful insights on BT financial performance.

This position will focus on the delivery of BT monthly reporting that is timely, accurate and insightful.

In addition, this role will be responsible for assisting with quarterly forecasting, KPI analysis, business partnering and ASX reporting

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Establish and maintain effective consultative relationships with Product and Distribution business partners.
- Deliver expense forecasting, with assumptions in agreement with business partners, constructively challenge those assumptions and identify risks and opportunities on an ongoing basis.
- Support the delivery of reporting to GM and GM1s as required, providing insights to assist business partners to understand drivers, and the ability to influence those drivers to optimise performance.
- Regularly present financial performance reporting to BT Product and Distribution leadership teams
- Support BT performance reporting, consolidation and financial control teams as required in providing insight and advice on actual performance and investigating variances.
- Work collaboratively with Finance colleagues to foster a culture of curiosity and learning with a relentless focus on continuous improvement
- Support and contribute to the design of future state Finance tools and processes

**What do I need?**
- Tertiary qualifications in accounting, finance or equivalent (Chartered Accountant desirable).
- 6+ years’ experience of financial control, business partnering or financial planning & analysis within the Wealth Management space
- Previous experience in management reporting and financial modelling
- Strong financial modelling skills
- Understanding of performance drivers within the wealth management industry
- Working knowledge of wealth management industry (preferably in Superannuation or Platforms)/ products / channels.
- Excellent relationship building with senior stakeholders
- A demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in teams
