One of the most respected Men’s fashion brands - founded in Australia is growing with a number of stores due to open in the next 6 months. They are looking to bring talented people into the business now in order to have the right people in the right roles when they open Considered a pioneer in men’s designer fashion - we are looking for an Assistant Business Manager for their Emporium, Melbourne CBD & Chadstone boutiques, Their teams are genuine, and knowledgeable and provide an exceptional customer experience through styling and relationship building.

Reporting to the Store Business Manager, you will lead the way with your team - you believe that Managers have the most impact on the shop floor, and you understand how to create a VIP standard of service that keeps your customers returning. You will work to achieve your KPI’s as a store and individual, taking ownership of results, building the client base, and managing all operations.

**About You**:
You have a sense of confidence and style - your ability to lead your team to success will be key here. You set clear expectations and are passionate about your own growth as well as your teams.
- Previous sales experience in a similar fashion retailer
- A thorough understanding of all KPI's and in store financials
- Professional and results focused leadership style
- The ability to problem solve, look for areas of opportunity and drive the business as your own
- Up to date knowledge on market trends, particularly in menswear
- Adaptable to change
