**About the Opportunity**

As our **Platform Services Manager**, you’ll be the go-to expert for managing and optimizing our internal and external marketing tech platforms. You’ll collaborate across teams, troubleshoot like a pro, and find new ways to drive growth, enhance personalization, and boost eCommerce and loyalty experiences. In short, you’ll be the engine behind marketing innovation that delivers results.

**In this Role**
- Support and optimize platforms like Twilio, Braze, Segment, Okta, etc.
- Support API integrations, data flow & data migrations, and troubleshoot with ease.
- Manage relationships with key tech partners and keep everything running smoothly.
- Troubleshoot service issues and uncover capability improvement opportunities.
- Support teams to deliver personalized, targeted, and automated customer experiences.
- Govern service delivery, reporting, and align tech solutions with business goals.

**You’re Likely a Match If***
- A degree in IT or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Exceptional stakeholder management and project leadership skills.
- Hands-on experience with Martech stacks, SQL, Postman, SaaS platforms and browser console tools.
- The ability to juggle multiple priorities while keeping your cool.
- Great attention for detail
- A knack for translating tech talk into practical solutions everyone can understand.
