This includes performance management, coaching, change management, recruitment, employee relations, OH&S, policies, benefits, reporting and legislative compliance - Support and contribute to P&C programs and new P&C initiatives/projects and - Build strong and enduring relationships with staff at all levels within the firm **Culture & Benefits** Focusing on organic growth and professional development, the culture of your new firm is genuine, down to earth and simply 'real'.
