**About the role**

Are you someone who is passionate about health and wellbeing and have a strong background in customer engagement, insight-led proposition and lifecycle management and, initiative mangement?

We might just have the role for you, working in the Live Better team at Medibank.

The Live Better and Wellbeing team is responsible for Live Better - a health and wellbeing and rewards program designed to support and reward Medibank members for leading healthier and happier lives. Live Better is a key pillar in Medibank’s strategy to transform to a health company and fulfil its 2030 vision.

As a Proposition Engagement Lead you will work on increasing scale, engagement, and retention outcomes by establishing and managing a data-led approach, and activities, to help customers maximise their Live Better and Medibank experiences throughout their lifecycle.

You will work within a cross functional team to develop, optimise and implement a customer segmentation approach and, use customer insights from qualitative and quantitative data to drive creation of contextual and personalised experiences.

- Maintain a deep understanding of the Live Better proposition and our customers to ensure all aspects are being maximised correctly across our customer cohorts.
- Drive analysis of our customer base to establish and utilise a data-led approach to customer segmentation and proposition engagement that maximises both customer and business goals.
- Understand the needs of core consumers and the role Live Better plays in meeting them, across both health & wellbeing and reward elements.
- Undertake analysis of customer journeys and interactions and identify integration and optimisation opportunities.
- Setting and managing objectives & key results for the Live Better rewards proposition engagement.
- Regularly assess program performance to identify areas for development.
- Articulate gaps within the way we are engaging customers and, collaborate with key teams/squads to deliver streams of work to address the issues.

**Now, who are you?**

Enough about us, let’s talk about youyou have a passion for, and deep understanding of customer engagement (digital and loyalty program experience preferred but not essential).

You also have a strong grasp of approaches to assess and grow engagement (including segmentation and lifecycle management) and a proven track record in building consumer led solutions based on insight.

You will also be experienced in delivering against key metrics and in developing test and learn frameworks.

You will have strong experience in design and execution of performance improvement programs and be highly effective at analysing and interpreting data
