Reporting to the 3D Spatial Manager, with a focus on office-based data preparation and processing you will be responsible for registering and preparing point cloud data from terrestrial laser scanning and photogrammetry (UAV-based) surveys.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Register and prepare point cloud data from terrestrial laser scanning and photogrammetry (UAV-based) surveys.
- Prepare and analyse point cloud data, including extraction of topographic features, 3D mechanical modelling, mesh/TIN modelling, and delivery of data products to clients.
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks.
- Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, software, and technology.

**Key Experience**
- A degree or diploma in surveying, geomatics, or a related field.
- Relevant work experience in 3D spatial data processing.
- Familiarity with point cloud data processing, including software such as GeoSLAM Connect.
- Experience with terrestrial laser scanning (TLS) and LiDAR data.
- Knowledge of photogrammetry data processing and the ability to create orthomosaic maps, symbolic maps, GIS layers, or three-dimensional (3D) models of real-world objects or scenes.
- Proficient in using software such as Leica Cyclone & 3DReshaper Suite, AgiSoft Metashape & Bentley ContexCapture, AutoDesk AEC Suite, 12d, and TopoDot.
