**About the role**

We have an exciting new role to join a fast paced, dynamic team as a Global Mobility Lead providing essential expertise, guidance, and support to domestic and international assignees. Reporting to the National Recruitment Manager the Global Mobility Lead serves as the primary point of coordination for the delivery of a variety of global mobility related activities guided by our visa management and relocation policy and procedures.

Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

- Establish a Global Mobility program that supports the end-to-end process of the global mobility function.
- Establish key external global mobility stakeholders in immigration, tax and relocation and work closely with them to navigate the complexities of the immigration and relocation landscape in guiding our team and assignees.
- Act as the primary point of contact for talent partners, HR business partners and hiring managers for domestic and international relocations.
- Coordinated visa preparation and domestic and international relocations with external service providers.
- Advise talent partners, HR business partners and hiring managers on the immigration needs of identified talent and the ongoing needs of employees on temporary visas, ensuring that the Global Mobility function acts as a key component of the talent and acquisition and retention strategy.
- Develop and implement global mobility related policy, procedure, and process.
- Develop positive and trusted working relationships with employees in supporting their ongoing immigration needs.

**About You**
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business or related field and experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of Australian immigration and experience in assisting with coordinating employer sponsored visas with external immigration service providers.
- High energy individual who can manage multiple assignees and any one time.
- An individual with strong organizational skills and attention to detail that delivers an exceptional high standard mobility experience.
