We’re hiring a **Bakery Production Assistant** to support our growing production team. This role is ideal for someone with strong attention to detail and a passion for quality baking.

**Job Type**: Full-time, Monday to Friday
**Hours**: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (no weekends)
**Start Date**: Immediate

**Main Tasks**:

- Measuring and preparing ingredients
- Mixing and portioning cookie dough
- Piping inserts and decorating cookies
- Assisting with the preparation of multiple cookie flavours
- Following food safety and cleanliness standards

**Who We’re Looking For**:

- Experience in a kitchen, bakery, or production environment is an advantage
- Able to follow processes accurately and maintain pace
- Comfortable lifting bags of ingredients (15-25kg) as part of daily duties
- Reliable, organised, and able to work well in a team

Pay: $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
