Who are Bakels?

Specialising in manufacturing of quality bakery ingredients and frozen products for both the bakery and supermarket industry, Bakels is a technical based global company whose objective is to assist our customers development, produce and sell (more) bakery productions.

What is the role?

Stainless steel fabrication & welding, for food manufacturing plant & equipment, as well as occasionally assisting other trades with mechanical repairs. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, your core function is to carry out all tasks to maintain plant and equipment on site.

What you need is:

  • Experience in sanitary TIG welding of stainless-steel tube and purge welding.
  • Experience working with sheet metal, benders and guillotines, etc.
  • Demonstrates strong communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Mechanical aptitude.
  • Drivers License (NSW)
  • Forklift License (preferred)
