I'm partnered with one of Australia's leading educational institutions, globally recognised for their excellence, they cater for a wide range of students and specialities. They are hiring for a CRM Campaign Manager to join their ever growing team.
This will see you responsible for driving the strategy across their CRM, lifecycle marketing and automation channels, leveraging data to improve their complex customer journey and encourage new and existing to enrol across a number of different departments and centralised teams.
As well as working collaboratively with relevant stakeholders, marketing, digital UX, data and wider teams.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
Hands on knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud or other enterprise CRMs
Proven success of understanding the customer journey, customer pain points and analysing campaign performance
Ability to leverage data to create detailed personas and to build out segments
Previous experience in the education space or similar industry is ideal
