We’re looking for a creative and strategic **Content Creator - Marketing** to join our high-performing team. This full-time role offers the opportunity to shape campaigns, drive engagement, and fuel new business growth in the property management sector.

**About the Role**:
As the Content Creator - Marketing, you’ll be at the centre of our digital storytelling and brand presence. From developing social media content to supporting landlord acquisition strategies, this role offers the perfect blend of creativity, collaboration, and commercial focus. You will work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure our messaging reflects our values, service excellence, and market edge.

**Responsibilities**:
**Content & Campaign Development**
- Create engaging written, visual, and video content for websites, social media, and digital listings.
- Plan and execute targeted marketing campaigns for prospective landlords.
- Collaborate with clients to develop marketing proposals, presentations, and appraisals.
- Interview clients and collect testimonials to support content strategies.

**Platform Management & Digital Growth**
- Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn) including scheduling, engagement, and reporting.
- Maintain and update the company website and digital assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all content outputs.

**Data & CRM Reporting**
- Use CRM systems to track leads, manage marketing funnels, and report on campaign success.
- Conduct competitor and market research to refine content strategies.

**Internal Collaboration & Strategy**
- Work with business development and operations teams to align marketing with service delivery.
- Interpret analytics and feedback to optimise content performance.

**Essential Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, or communications.
- Strong copywriting, content design, and presentation development skills.
- Proven experience managing social media content and growing digital engagement.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, CMS tools (e.g. WordPress), and design platforms (e.g. Canva, Adobe Suite).
- Ability to analyse data and provide actionable insights on marketing performance.
- Client-facing confidence - able to gather feedback and create compelling case studies or testimonials.

**Desirable Attributes**:

- Previous experience in real estate or professional services marketing.
- A passion for property and a proactive, outcome-focused mindset.
- Familiarity with video production and editing tools.

Pay: $80,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
