**Your new company**
An Australian based organisation passionate about the sports and racing industry. They are continuously growing and expanding with plans to enter the international market in technology and online wagering.

Due to the rapid success and growth of their business, they are looking for a Marketing Manager to lead a number of national B2C brands.

**Your new role**
Reporting to the Marketing Director, you will be responsible for:

- Overseeing the marketing function of the organisation across multiple brands
- Leading and encouraging a team of marketing specialists across performance, content, social media and creative
- Develop and execute growth marketing strategies and initiatives to retain and acquire customers
- Closely manage budgets, spending and reports across various platforms
- Analyse and report on performance of marketing strategies and campaigns to liaise with senior leadership within the organisation

**What you’ll need to succeed**
To be successful in this role you, you will have:

- 5+ years’ experience in a similar role within an agency or sports wagering organisation
- Demonstrated experience leading a team of specialists across performance marketing, content, social media and creative
- Previously in a hands on performance marketing role
- Exposure across digital marketing platforms (Facebook Ads, Google Ads and Google Analytics)
- End-to-end data driven campaign management
- A strong understanding and passion for the Australian sports industry
