Across Australia, I-MED Radiology operates 250 clinics and performs over 6 million patient procedures each year, making us one of the largest providers of medical imaging in the world. With over 350 doctors and 4,000 staff actively sharing clinical knowledge and expertise, a consistently high level of service is assured across all clinics.
We are seeking a Regional Manager to lead our growing Perth metropolitan services of 8 Radiology Clinics. As a key part of the WA Leadership team, this role ensures we continue to develop and support our exceptional team to deliver high quality services to patients, customers, referrers, and the community, whilst achieving business goals.
As a people leader you are a superb communicator and influencer and can ensure successful delivery of change initiatives and achievement of operational improvement through your team. Key to your success will be the relationships you build with our Doctor's and the effective leadership and management of our Clinic teams through ongoing coaching, mentoring, development, and support.
You are someone who thrives in a community based, and people centric business, with demonstrable expertise in a multi-site leadership role, that includes managing complex workforce resource planning and P&L management, ideally with experience in the healthcare sector.
