Totally Workwear is a market leader in the supply of workwear, PPE and corporate image wear nationally. We represent iconic brands such as King Gee, Hard Yakka, Steel Blue, Blundstone and Rainbird to name a few.

TwwGlobal is a highly successful family owned business that operates an expanding (currently six) Totally Workwear store network across the south east metropolitan region together with a centralised warehousing and embroidery facility based in Welshpool.

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We currently have an exciting opportunity for an **experienced Retail Store Manager **to join the TwwGlobal Group to lead and develop the team at our soon to be opened **Cannington **store

This is an exciting opportunity for a people-centric leader to showcase their leadership skills and develop a high performing store within the TwwGlobal Group. To succeed in this role, you will be motivated by driving sales and passionate about providing a memorable experience for our customer.

**DUTIES**
- Daily management of stock to minimise stock loss and maximise sales
- Develop, train and succession plan your team to increase productivity
- Create a safe working environment for your team and customers
- Implement brand visual merchandising strategies and promotional changes
- Roster your team in line with store’s trading profile

**SKILLS + EXPERIENCE**
- Previous management experience, preferably in big box / large format stores
- Strong computer literacy skills required
- Ability to provide a genuine and unique customer experience
- Proven ability to achieve sales, control stock and other KPI’s
- Experience in developing and coaching a team

**HOW TO APPLY**

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
