The First Response Claims Advisor sits within our First Response Team, General Insurance Claims Team. Reporting to the Team Leader, you will provide a high standard of clerical and administrative assistance to the Motor Claims Team, to assist the team in delivering a consistently outstanding claims experience to insured customers and brokers.
You will be responsible for the following:
- Assist the team in the maintenance of their portfolio by:
- Prepare and process new claims.
- Assist with payment requisitions as required.
- Assist claims advisors and team leaders as required.
- Maintain and accurately input data into databases as required
- Operate at all times in accordance with specific claims handling protocols (when they are in place) to ensure we understand and fulfil the needs and expectations of our customers
**Important to your success - let's grow together**
In order to be successful, you will require the following:
- Senior Certificate of Education (or equivalent).
- Previous experience in Property Claims or Motor Claims or Administrative Support (preferred)
- Knowledge of Polisy system (preferred)
- Computer literate - Word and Excel to an intermediate level of proficiency.
- Demonstrating a concern for quality and accuracy in all areas of work. Sets work standards to ensure quality is maintained and customer needs met.
