**The Company**
Select Harvest are an ASX listed company who grow, produce and sell almonds. Spread across 17 regional locations there is a large operational workforce which fluctuates between 400-600 employees during harvest. The primary processing facility has the capacity to process 22,000 metric tonnes of almonds in the peak season. The processing plant is capable of meeting the ever increasing demand for both in-shell and kernel products.

**The Role**
They will provide leadership and partial management to the processing team of coordinating their workloads at each stage of the almond processing, they would ideally provide support to ensure that the team delivers and meets production targets, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and quality standards are met in order to meet the requirements of each customer.

**Skills & Experience**
To be successful in this position you will have a sound understanding of production techniques, processes and understanding of production scheduling. The ability to influence others to achieve production demands and of course be able to manage conflicting production demands when necessary
