**About the Role**
Focus Behaviour Interventions is seeking an experienced and values-driven Behaviour Support Practitioner (BSP) to provide therapeutic and behavioural support to NDIS participants. You'll have autonomy, flexibility, and access to experienced leadership and structured systems.

**What You'll Be Doing**
- Conduct functional behaviour assessments and develop Behaviour Support Plans
- Train and support families, carers, and teams
- Work collaboratively with schools, allied health, and other supports
- Promote human rights and quality of life through person-centred strategies

**What You’ll Need**
- Degree in Education, Psychology, Allied Health, or training in a related field
- Minimum 12 months experience in the sector
- Current NDIS registration as a BSP (or willingness to gain)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to write professional reports and case notes
- Located in Goulburn Valley region
- ABN, insurances, own vehicle & office setup
