We support people with physical, intellectual and multiple disabilities and developmental delays to achieve their goals Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living, short term accommodation (respite), lifestyle options and therapy across 100 locations in Victoria.

**About The Role**

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for in our NSW team as a Customer Support Officer. Fixed term for 6 months for a possibility of extension.

Other responsibilities include:

- Manage all inbound calls with a high level of customer service by following business processes, capturing mandatory data, referring to reference materials and prioritising the customer’s requirements
- Provide follow up to all outstanding enquiries and requests within stated timeframe
- Ensure confidentiality and compliance in all customer interactions (internal and external)

**About You**

What we are looking for:

- An enthusiastic and driven individual with a passion for customer experience
- Experience with nurturing potential leads
- Strong inbound customer service or similar front of house experience
- Experience working in a services, healthcare or in disability services is preferred
- Familiarity with working to SLA’s and customer experience measures NPS
- Excellent Ability to engage across the organisation from front line staff to executives using the appropriate language.
