**The role**

As a Junior Partnerships Manager, you will assist the sales team to help onboard, manage and support a fast-growing list of clients. Some of the day-to-day things you will do includes:

- Providing general administration support to the sales team;
- Onboarding corporate customers and setting up their products and services;
- Inducting customers onto our live reporting dashboard;
- Manage the successful delivery of products and services to customers;
- Liaise with internal writers and content team to deliver products and services in a timely manner;
- Publish adverts, articles and send mailouts (Mailchimp) once approved by customers;
- Maintain and update sales and customer records (Hubspot);
- Preparation of monthly sales and statistics reports.

**Who we are looking for**
- 1-2 years experience in an administrative or account support position;
- Passion for providing excellent customer service;
- Experience in Investor Relations dealing with ASX-listed companies;
- Accurate data entry skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that liaises with a variety of internal & external stakeholders
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritize your workflow & manage your time efficiently
- Exposure to CRM systems highly regarded
- Team player with a positive disposition
- A positive and proactive approach with a willingness to learn
