THE COMPANY:
LK Hospitality was established to first service the residents of LK Property’s crown jewel Capitol Grand. Since, the group has established Omnia Bistro, Yugen Tea Bar, Bromley Events and set to open Yugen in the coming months. Backed by an all-star team of award winning staff and industry leaders, the group is on the hunt for the best talent to take the group Front of House to the next level.

THE ROLE:
We are searching for the best of the best Head Sommelier looking to take the next step in their careers and take our Somnelier team to the next level.
Key Responsibilities include:

- Maintain highest level of personal wine, grower and supplier knowledge, being up to date with latest products, influences, growing regions and vintages.
- Team mentoring and knowledge sharing
- Maximising sales
- Ability to build and nurture healthy relationships with employees, customers and suppliers.

THE MUST HAVES
- Valid Victorian RSA
- WSET level 3 or CMS certification
- Proven experience in a similar role as a Sommelier in fine dining restaurant environments
- Strong wine knowledge
- Excellent presentation
- Pressure management mind set
- Ability to multitask
- Outstanding leadership skills and attention to detail.
