WPC Group are looking for a motivated and committed individual to complete a 12 month Business Traineeship in Parramatta. If you are looking for a great opportunity to build a long and successful career in Business, this opportunity will provide you with the skills and experience to do so.

You will join a large, supportive team and assist with administration duties within a local council.

**What's in it for You?**
- Join the team in Parramatta
- Build your administration skills and received a Certificate III in Business through one-on-one training from a specialised training organisation
- Have the support of a dedicated WPC Group mentor for the duration of your traineeship
- Your training fees will be reimbursed upon completion of your traineeship
- You will work 35 hours per week (Monday - Friday roster)

This role is paid at award rate.

**What will you do at work?**
- Customer service/reception duties
- Input information into databases
- Maintain records
- Operate a number of computer programs and websites
- Maintain and distribute resources
- Other miscellaneous administration duties

**What are we looking for?**
- Year 12 graduate _(preferred)_
- Strong computer & keyboard skills
- Highly reliable and punctual at all times
- High level of attention to detail
- Mature, well presented and well spoken
- Enthusiastic and passionate
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong work ethic and commitment to a 12 month Traineeship
- Eager to learn and develop a wide range of Business skills
- A great team worker
- Effective time management and organisational skills.
