**Your role**

Provide strategic leadership, coaching, and mentorship to a client service team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality information and procedural advice to clients engaging with Courts and Tribunal Services. Foster a culture of excellence, accountability, and continuous improvement, while supporting team members in navigating complex client interactions and maintaining compliance with relevant policies and procedures

**What you’ll do**

As the Team Leader you will plan and manage team operations to meet high-volume client demands while maintaining service quality and consistency.

You will also.
- Lead a team of Client Service Officers and Senior Client Service Officers to deliver high-quality, client-focused services.
- Provide regular coaching, mentoring, and performance feedback to support professional growth and service excellence.
- Develop and manage team rosters and schedules to meet forecasted client demand, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
- Prepare and review achievement plans for team members, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to the enhancement of the centre’s knowledge base, systems, and procedures to support consistent service delivery.
- Manage recruitment processes and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support team and organisational goals.
