**THE OPPORTUNITY**

Our client is a rapidly growing law firm located in Melbourne. They are seeking a highly competent conveyancer to run files from start to finish across residential files, and hit the deck running They are growing from strength to strength and are seeking a highly competent Conveyancer hit the deck running

**WHO YOU ARE***:

- Are a **CONVEYANCER with minimum 3 years of** experience **in residential, commercial and off-the plan conveyancing;
- Have a proven success record of running your own conveyancing files from beginning to end autonomously;
- Are super organised, dead-line driven and have excellent communication and people skills;
- Are keen to further advance your career LONG-TERM with a highly impressive firm.

**YOUR ROLE**:

- Primarily Residential, Commercial, and OTP (Purchaser) conveyancing files
- Arranging settlements
- Liaising with high profile clients
- Use you knowledge and experience to increase their portfolio
- Experience with **LEAP** & **PEXA** is essential.
- Experience working on complex matters
