**Role Overview**

The **Project Coordinator** at HARDIS AUS is responsible for supporting project execution, from site measurement to installation. This role involves liaising with clients, suppliers, and installers to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of high-quality joinery solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**

**1. Project Coordination & Planning**
- Assist in managing multiple residential and commercial joinery projects simultaneously.
- Schedule and coordinate site measurements, deliveries, and installations.
- Track project timelines, ensuring milestones are met.
- Maintain and update project documentation, including contracts, drawings, and approvals.

**2. Site Measurement & Plan Assistance**
- Support in site inspections and verify measurements for custom joinery installations.
- Assist in preparing technical plans, CAD drawings, and material lists.
- Collaborate with designers and drafters to ensure accuracy of project details.

**3. Site installation Support**
- Assist in coordinating site-specific installation requirements, ensuring all materials and tools are available.
- Provide assistance in the installation process.

**Requirements**:
**Must-Have**:
✔ Experience in joinery, cabinetry, or construction project coordination (2+ years preferred).
✔ Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and site plans.
✔ Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
✔ Proficiency in CAD software.
✔ Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
