This newly created role is ideal for someone looking to step off the tools and move into a leadership position - overseeing fencing projects, managing a small team, and coordinating with contractors and Directors to ensure quality results.

• Attend site visits to measure, scope, and quote fencing works
• Price and prepare accurate estimates directly off plans
• Liaise with company Directors to manage approvals and workflow
• Manage and supervise a small team of 2-3 labourers on site
• Coordinate with existing fencing contractors on manufacturing and installation
• Maintain project timelines and ensure quality standards are met

• Background in fencing, landscaping, or construction supervision
• Ideal for tradespeople looking to transition off the tools into leadership
• Confident pricing and quoting off plans
• Experience supervising small teams
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Current driver's licence essential
