**Position Overview**

As a Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our financial advisers receive top-notch assistance with our technology platforms and services. Your responsibilities will include:

- Providing timely and effective technical support to advisers
- Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our technology solutions
- Assisting with the onboarding and training of new users
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance user experience

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in a support or technical assistance role
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Familiarity with financial services or related technology platforms is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $51,858.78 - $106,893.59 per year

Expected hours: No more than 38 per week

**Benefits**:

- Monday to Friday

Supplementary Pay:

- Commission
- Performance bonus

**Experience**:

- Inbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Outbound call centre: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
