**About the Role**:
We are on the lookout for **2x enthusiastic Therapy Assistants** to join our team at **Bethanie Como**, as part of our **casual** relief pool. Bethanie Como is a 99 bed luxury facility that provides a full range of aged care services with a focus on allied health support and personalised care.

**About You**:
**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Certificate III or IV in Allied Health Assistance (or equivalent)
- Experience in a Therapy Assistant role, ideally in aged care or healthcare
- Experience working with residents with advanced dementia
- Clear communication skills with care recipients, families, and team members
- Ability to work as part of a team and individually
- Willingness to uphold the Mission, Vision, and Values of The Bethanie Group
- Willingness to obtain relevant vaccinations
