**The Role**

Patches is growing and we are now seeking a Therapy Business Manager who will report to the Chief Operating Officer, and will be responsible for the operational leadership of the business. We are looking for someone who reflects our values and enjoys a diverse role, building relationships and delivering great results. This role will be based in our new purpose built office space in Subiaco, with free parking available.

**Main responsibilities**

Operational leadership
- Providing strong leadership, operational direction, and management to the business
- Ensure Patches is compliant with all NDIS Practice Standards
- Manage organisational risk by ensuring all risk management policies are consistently implemented
- Continually develop and maintain clear policies and procedures for all Centres
- Ensure all staff are working in compliance with Patches policies and procedures
- Work closely with the Corporate team and Team Leaders to understand business functions
- Oversee Corporate Governance and implement strategies for best practice

Business development
- Optimising business activity through implementing processes and systems, and staff management, that sees teams meeting or exceeding service delivery targets
- Focus on business development and improvement strategy in collaboration with the Corporate team
- Assist Team Leaders and Managers to maintain operational efficiency
- Improving current processes with the use of technology and online tools, keeping up to date with system updates

**Key criteria**

To be successful in the role, you will be able to demonstrate your ability in the following key criteria:

- Completion of a Diploma, Degree or substantial experience in a field relevant to administration, management or health services
- Experience in a leadership or operational management role
- In depth knowledge of the disability sector including NDIS funding
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Highly developed interpersonal written communication skills
- Excellent people skills and ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Desire to continually improve all areas of the business
- Ability to learn new technology or programs, such as booking and recording systems, billing or other online systems

**Eligibility requirements**
- Demonstrated experience or qualification in business development and management
- Ability to undertake occasional travel to Patches Centres nationally as required
- Current Australian Drivers Licence
- Current NDIS Workers Screening Check
- Current National Police Clearance
- Current Working with Children Check
