As General Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the venue. You have oversight and directly impact the financial performance of the venue.

You are to drive a strong and sustainable team culture and ensure that service continues to be authentic, attentive and personable. You will be constantly challenging the status quo and looking for opportunities for improvement. In a senior leadership role, you will oversee all operational concerns ensuring that they are all in line with the venues, objectives, goals and culture.

**To be successful in this role you will have**:
