We are looking for enthusiastic **Customer Care Consultants **to join our customer care team based in **Sandgate (Newcastle NSW)**.

**This is an Indigenous

**Working as an integral part of our highly effective and friendly team you will be responsible for**:

- You will be pro-active in looking for process improvements & solutions that drive the right outcome for both our Customer and the business
- You will be empowered to interrogate issues and escalations and be relentless in your pursuit to reach an outcome quickly
- You will be able to role model and demonstrate our values and behaviours and engage in effective communication with our customers at all times
- There is a degree of administration related tasks and these should be actioned effectively and according to business processes

**What you will need to succeed**:

- Previous Customer Service experience in a similar customer focused role
- Outstanding customer service skills and the ability to work unsupervised
- Outstanding communication skills coupled with the ability to adapt communication style to suit your customers’ needs
- Strong attention to detail and effective time management skills
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel in a high pressured role

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sandgate QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
