As an Office All-Rounder, you will be a point of contact for our clients. You will be required to handle incoming calls and ensuring these get forwarded to the required team member, and ensure that all reception duties are completed accurately and in a timely manner.

The successful applicant will have a good attention to detail and be able to work within an office team and alongside other office staff. We are seeking someone who is friendly, polite and professional, whilst still being able to fit in with our fun and fast-paced team, as well as our client-base consisting largely of farmers and corporate pastoral companies.

**Responsibilities: (not limited to)**
- General bookkeeping such as processing invoices, payments, and receipts in Xero etc.
- Flexibility and willingness to assist with a variety of tasks.
- Co-ordinate incoming and outgoing mail, parcel deliveries and courier services.

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping procedures and accounting software (Xero) is essential.
- Data Entry - intermediate computer skills are important - using programs such as Google Drive, Microsoft Office is important.
- An interest in the agriculture sector is a must.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Sunshine Coast, QLD: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
