About Us:
BOTH espresso & wine is a brand-new café and wine bar opening in Runaway Bay. We’re passionate about delivering great coffee, fresh food, warm service, and a space that feels like home for locals.

We’re building a small, tight-knit team of friendly, reliable, and positive people and we’re currently looking for all-rounders who can jump in wherever needed, from running food to pouring coffees and serving customers.

The Role:
As a café all-rounder, your day might include:
Greeting and serving customers

Taking orders and managing POS

Running food and clearing tables

Making coffees (if trained) or supporting the barista

Keeping the venue clean, organised, and running smoothly

We’re especially keen on people who are proactive, love to keep busy, and bring good energy to the team.

What We’re Looking For:
Previous hospitality or customer service experience

Barista experience is a bonus (but not essential)

Friendly, reliable, and ready to learn

Can work under pressure and multitask

Positive attitude and good communication

Must be available for weekdays and weekends

How to Apply:

Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

Expected hours: 25 - 38 per week
