This role will include developing and coordinating initiatives and communications that contribute to the delivery of our Account Managers. This is a permanent opportunity working within a flexible work environment that can offer 1 day a week working from home. We are looking for a driven individual that can bring a tenacious and organised approach to our Workers compensation division. **You'll be responsible for**: - Support the National Account Management team with administrative tasks including but not limited to reporting, ad hoc requests and facilitation of stakeholder set up and access to AAL systems. - Support the delivery of relevant localised client communications and publications such as Newsflashes including liaison with marketing and compliance to facilitate timely delivery. - Support the delivery of the Underwritten distribution and marketing budget relevant to events, seminars, marketing & sponsorship. - Collate and reconcile evidence expense claims in line with AAL processes. - Support Underwritten Distribution with catering and room setup for internal and external meetings. - Support Underwritten Distribution with regards to coordination of events and seminars. - Support the delivery of the National training calendar which may include managing session bookings, participants, coordination, delivery, and post session activity / communications. **Important to your success**: - Prior experience working in a Project focused role (For example Business Support focus, communications or change management) - Previous experience working in a sales focused environment with a support focus - Experience in proactively building and maintaining professional relationships and networks to enhance industry positioning. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Extensive coordination and administration skills - including event planning, coordinating multiple diaries & etc. **What's on offer?** - Flexible work environment - Permanent opportunity - Pathway to an Account Manager role - Join a division within Allianz that offers continuous market growth - A competitive salary package. - A tailored career program to determine where you want to go within Allianz - A range of attractive benefits including Insurance & Gym Membership discounts - A strong, progressive & supportive team environment; we work together to achieve great results 28862 | Project Management | Professional | Allianz Australia | Full-Time | Permanent **About us** Allianz is one of the most trusted insurance and asset management companies in the world.
