**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**Origin is leading the transition to net zero through clean energy and customer solutions. Gas forms an essential part of the energy mix during the transition and Origin, via the Integrated Gas Business Unit, is continuing to invest in gas exploration and production throughout Australia.**

**Reporting to the Spring Gully Facilities Supervisor, the Multi skilled operator shall be responsible for Facility operations, as well as assisting the Multi-Skilled Mechanical Operator team in best practice plant operations and methods.**

**More about the role**:

- Working within Integrated Gas’ Core Processes - including Safe Control of Work, Management of Work and Management of Change, amongst others
- Operating and maintaining the plant in a safe condition and in accordance with all relevant procedures and agreed maintenance philosophies and schedules
- Daily inspections and checks of Gas and Water Processing Facilities
- Monitoring process equipment to ensure correct operating envelopes
- Assisting with maintenance tasks and minor correctives within your experience and qualifications

**ABOUT YOU**

**Working with your Supervisor and the team, you will help ensure the availability of all equipment, that it is operated in a safe and reliable condition, in accordance with relevant operating procedures, agreed maintenance philosophies and schedules, with a view to maximising efficiency and reliability for the life of the asset.**

**More about you**:

- Willingness to reside in the Maranoa Region
- Cert III Process Plant Operations or Trade Certificate
- Sound understanding of operational and HSE practices
- A high level of self-motivation
- Ability to work within a multi-discipline Integrated team
