Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Side Loader Operator located in Spring Farm, NSW. The Side Loader Operator will be responsible for loading, unloading, and transporting goods using a side loader truck. Day-to-day tasks include operating the side loader, ensuring loads are safely secured, performing routine vehicle inspections, and adhering to all safety and compliance regulations. The role also involves maintaining accurate records of deliveries and working closely with the logistics team to ensure timely and efficient transport of goods.

Qualifications

  • Experience operating side loader trucks and similar heavy machinery
  • Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards in transport
  • Ability to secure and transport loads safely and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
  • Valid heavy vehicle operator's license
  • Previous experience in a transport or logistics role is beneficial
  • Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor tasks as required
