The **Manager, **is responsible for the management, leadership and mentoring of the Motor & Property Team, who in turn have responsibility for the relationship with Trusts and Members and act as trusted advisors on all Property & Motor.

**We will count on you to**:

- Lead and direct the Team so that they deliver sustainable results and achieve all agreed goals and performance indicators to ensure excellent member experience
- Lead day to day servicing of a portfolio of priority Members and Trusts, develop close member relationships and become a trusted advisor across all aspects of motor and property claims
- Develop a high-performance culture within the team, assisting the Divisional Manager in providing one on one training to new staff
- Take responsibility for individual personal development plans and professional learning goals
- Positively contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the team in order to meet organisational objectives
- Ensure through appropriate training and monitoring that claims settled by the team are within delegated payment authorities

**What you need to have**:

- Demonstrated success in managing team relationships and senior level client relationships, with a focus on exceptional service
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience within the insurance industry
- Strong market relationships and experience with large and complex claims
- Excellent technical skills across property and motor.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills both on individual and group basis
