**Job Description**:
The Sales Representative - Government will play a crucial role in driving business growth and maintaining strong relationships with our Australian Government network. We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual who aligns with our company values and thrives in a collaborative and fun work environment.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Manage a portfolio of existing Government clients:

- Regularly contact each department to establish strong relationships and provide support.
- Understand department requirements, challenges, and feedback to address their needs effectively.
- Identify opportunities for increasing capabilities of each department via different technologies.
- Develop and implement strategies to maintain and grow existing accounts.

2. Assist in prospecting and onboarding of departments:

- Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential new Government clients.
- Engage with prospective Government clients, present our product offerings, and identify capability gaps.
- Collaborate with the sales team to facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new clients.
- Provide necessary resources and support to ensure their success as our partners.

3. Invest in improving department capabilities:

- Identify training needs and opportunities for key departments.
- Develop and deliver engaging in-person training programs and demonstrations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, ensuring their assets are being used regularly and efficiently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance the capabilities and success of key clients.

**Requirements**:

- Self-motivated individual with a proactive approach to achieving goals.
- Strong interpersonal skills, enjoying meeting new people and building relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to travel and visit clients across Australia.
- Drivers licence

OTE - $75,000 - $90,000

**Experience**:

- Sales: 3 years (preferred)
