We’re expanding fast and looking for a passionate **Territory Manager** to help grow our customer base in Sydney CBD and Eastern Suburbs. If you thrive on building strong relationships and driving sales, this is your chance to shape the future of artisan baking in Australia

**Key Responsibilities**
Key areas of responsibility include:

- Achieve sales growth and maximise account penetration
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Identify and capture new business opportunities
- Deliver training and product knowledge to clients
- Provide market insights to drive continuous improvement

**About you**
- Proven success in solution-based selling and exceeding targets
- Strong account management and relationship-building skills
- Hospitality or food service industry experience is preferred but not essential.
- Excellent planning, time management, and commercial acumen
- Self-motivated, proactive, and a collaborative team player
