Permanent Full-Time Enterprise & Government Projects Hybrid & Flexible Working Arrangement We are seeking an experienced Functional Consultant with deep knowledge with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE (CRM) solutions to drive business requirements analysis, functional requirements gathering, and oversee the delivery of Dynamics CE (CRM) solutions for enterprise and government clients.
This role is to be based in Brisbane QLD, and you will be working closely with business users and stakeholders to understand their requirements, design effective solutions, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with business users and stakeholders to gather and understand functional requirements.
Create Epics, Features, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria as needed.
Conduct Fit/Gap analysis to identify and address gaps in business requirements.
Develop wireframes, process flows/maps, and system design presentations.
Create functional solution designs to meet business, interface, and performance needs.
Configure Dynamics 365 CRM to align with specific business requirements.
Deliver tailored demonstrations, end-user, and administrator training sessions.
Review functional test cases against acceptance criteria.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout all project phases.
Effectively manage project risks and issues, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery.
Key Requirements: Tertiary education, and/or relevant industry qualifications.
Proven experience working as senior or lead Functional Consultant / Technical Business Analyst / Systems Analyst, or other relevant roles.
Experience in providing end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE / CRM solutions and implementations solutions.
Proficiency in creating process flows using tools such as Visio, Power Point, or equivalent.
Hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CRM configurations.
Understanding of the Dynamics 365 security model.
Experience in delivering user training and showcasing solutions.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA or Azure Dev Ops.
Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with a proactive approach to engagement.
