SYNOPSIS:
**Customer Relations Officer**

Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and creating positive experiences? Join our team as a **Customer Relations Officer** and play a key role in driving engagement, building relationships, and supporting a culture of excellence within the City of Melville.
- Employment Type: 1 Fixed Term (12 months), Full-Time Position and 1 Casual Position
- Location: City of Melville Civic Centre
- Salary: $68,454.17 - $80,363.28 + 11.5% super

**About the Role**
- Build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders across multiple channels.
- Respond to a wide range of customer requests, including complex and sensitive matters, with timely and effective solutions.
- Accurately record and manage customer information using our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
- Assist in developing and maintaining systems, policies, and procedures to enhance service delivery.
- Take proactive action aligned with organisational policies to ensure a strong customer experience.
- Promote and adhere to a culture of Safety, Environment, Health, and Quality within all activities.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including quality assurance processes and audit teams.
- Support cross-functional teams and demonstrate behaviours that reflect our organisational values.

**About You**

We’re looking for someone who thrives in dynamic environments and has:

- Experience in high-volume contact centres and CRM systems.
- Strong verbal and written communication, including conflict resolution.
- Excellent multitasking, problem-solving, and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and sound digital literacy.
- Empathy, interpersonal skills, and a customer-focused mindset.
- Knowledge of customer relationship and knowledge management systems.
