Join a Federal Government Department for a 12 months to provide exceptional customer service to the public

**Your new company**
This Federal Government Department are seeking Multiple Call Centre experts to join them for an initial engagement of 12 months with potential for further extensions.

**Your new role**
You will respond to customer enquiries predominately by phone, providing relevant, timely and accurate information. You will excel in first call resolution and communicate with both members of the public and internal stakeholders, the information you provide will be informed and evidence based and you will ensure that you have the ability to remain updated on changing information.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to work under pressure, in a fast paced environment with high accuracy.
- The ability to continuously update yourself on current polices and procedures.
- Previous experience working within a Call Centre environment is highly desired
- A current National Police clearance and a willingness to obtain and maintain a Baseline Clearance upon commencement is required
- You must be an Australian Citizen to be considered for this role
