Novon is a specialist professional services organisation who are growing our team and are partnering with our high-profile customer to work on a business-critical program.

Living our values of Be Innovative Be Humble and Be Yourself, we are excited to add another Scrum Master/Agile Coach to our Novon community who will be working on a key financial business project. This role will need you to be comfortable with spending time as a hands-on scrum master

This role is a mix of Scrum Master and Agile coach in a key financial business project. The right Scrum Master will have experience in data, BI, analytics or reporting background. Any Digital experience such as UI/UX, Reach, Web, Mobile apps etc would be highly regarded.

Key Requirements
- Advise on the direction and design of the program ensuring stakeholders and customers are clear on the requirements
- Confidence in leading multi-disciplinary squads of engineers
- Identify and manage all required artefacts in accordance with both Agile and Waterfall.
- Strong ability to manage delivery schedule, financials, reporting, vendor and team management.
- An active member in Scrum ceremonies, meetings, workshops, design reviews and demonstrations as required for the stream and broader programme.
- Work effectively and collaboratively across the Technology and Business
- Prior experience in Data, Business Intelligence Analytics, Confluence and Jira is highly advantageous.
- Experience in using scrum, kanban, and scaled agile framework (SAFe)
- Track record of implementing agile techniques in different work cultures and environments
- Experience in running agile projects of varying size and complexity
